May is National Walking month in the UK - we love walking and it’s an integral part of our retreat activities.
We really believe in the power of walking and being in nature to relieve stress and restore a sense of wellbeing. We are setting a friendly challenge to you to get out for a short 30 minute walk 3 times a week in May.
